Black Buddah, nowadays Buda BXL, is a performance and event venue in an old industrial complex at the feet of the landmark Buda bridge in Brussels, Belgium. A new massive pitch-black cube-shaped subwoofer purchased by the Black Buddah management to reinforce their drum 'n bass parties was the initial inspiration for the logo. A square box nonetheless didn't 'do the work' and the circle shape of the actual inner-speaker was chosen instead.
